Artist's impression of something weird sold on eBay. From what I've been teached of aerodynamics, it's a pure fantasy, but may be Orionblamblam would say 'Shazam'..almost a poem!

I notice some similarities with the Dragonfly SST from Jonny Quest, see https://s-media-cache-ak0.pinimg.com/originals/a3/17/74/a31774d32f48e6f7b6199aa31b704225.jpg, so I think chances are indeed that it is not based on a real project.
