Hesham,

These are from a paper titled Aircraft as they might be presented to the Leeds and Brough branch of the Royal Aeronautical Society by C.G.Grey, the editor of The Aeroplane. It was published in two editions of the magazine in February 1930. In it he suggests a number of possible ideas for future aircraft, but not all of them are serious. In fact he describes the article as 'A would-be humorous paper'

Nice design though.

I wonder how small the engines would need to be (assuming it is twin-engined and there isn't a centrally mounted engine driving both props)? It'd be interesting to figure out what the specs could have been (even if it is supposed to be humorous).
 
It definitely needs wheel pants to reduce the number of rocks thrown into propellers.
