Well, that could easily outfly the fighter variant of the Shavrov Sh-2 ;D

Though, If I recall correctly, the Shavrov was better armed.

I'm found out that there are still nobody posting anything about this beautiful flying boat!

The 160 was the sub-scale flying model of the 161 as shown here:

The collage is by me, but the artwork is by Jean Molveau, a French author and photographer who did several very good books on French aircraft. Now where did I get these scans from? I thought it was from this very forum, but then perhaps not!

I don't remember where i got this picture, but it seems to me it would be appropriately to post it here.
May be anyone of you can tell some words about it,

I've seen this picture before on the Nexusboard, were it was described as a large
Mistel, intended for an attack on the US homeland. Besides the doubtful source,
there are other points of criticism, I think. It would have been purely a one-off
combination, so a one-off mission, but quite a large effort for it. A float plane version
of the Bf 109 was never developed and why it would have been used here is hard to see,
I think. It just would have increased drag and reduced performance. For saving the pilot,
additional flotation gear would have done the same. But perhaps the intention was to land
right in New York harbour after the demolition of the Statue Of Liberty. And then, landing
a floatplane and leaving it at the pier, saluting in front of hundreds of reporters would have
looked much better, of course ! :D

The profile is so poorly done that it is dubious from the start.

Justo: despite its caption, that photo (from the Musée de Sartrouville) is not the four-engined 141. It is the prototype Potez-CAMS 161 (marked VE+WW) preparing for its maiden flight on the Seine near Sartrouville.

The prototype Potez-CAMS 161 was planned with four 2200hp Gnome & Rhône 18s or 1600hp GR 14Ns. Instead, it was finished with six of the more readily available 920hp HS-12Y-36/37s.

The Potez-CAMS 161 was destroyed by USAAF 1st Lt Urban Drew who claimed a "BV 222 destroyed on the waters of Schaal See" (later changed to be the Bv-238 prototype). The CAHS Journal (Summer 2008. p.73) details the problem with Drew's Bv-222 claim and identifies the aircraft involved as the Potez-CAMS 161. BTW, the Potez-CAMS 141 flew with E4 out of Dakar and was scrapped sometime in 1944.

From l'Aeronautique 1936,

I think those projects are the CAMS-100,CAMS-130 & CAMS-150,you can compare
with TU magazine Info.

Hi! CAMS 110.
Cockpit shape is impressive.
"The CAMS 110 maritime reconnaissance biplane flying boat had wooden wings and a metal hull, and was powered by two 860 hp Hispano-Suiza 12 Ydrs engines placed in in tandem, driving a push and a pull propeller. Its armament consisted of four 0.295 in (7.5 mm) Darne machine guns mounted in side ports, and a bomb load of 2,25 lb (1,000 kg) could be carried. Yves-Marie Lantz flew the aircraft on its first flight from Sartrouville in July 1934. Despite excellent performance the French Navy did not order the type."
