Policy for posting brochures?

I've got a sales presentation from Fokker for their F-28 COD proposal that I'd like to make available. Is it okay to scan the whole brochure or should I post a summary only?
 
There is a limit at 1 Mb as the maximum weight for attached files. A solution is upload the file to mediafire or similar and then post the link here. Another option for those interested in your kind offer is request the file personally from you via personal message.
