According to Yefim Gordon in "Russian Military Aircraft in the 21st Century "[2006]/Vol 26

Reffering to the B004 Phased Array Radar and quoting his words " turned out to be a lemon and was later replaced by a new radar from a different manufacturer"

Does any body know what could be the new radar is it the BARS-M
 
Image "F", lower right - what am I looking at? It looks like a lightening rod.

Please excuse my ignorance if this is a *really* silly question.

Its the "Swift Rod" ILS antenna, whose correct Russian designation escapes me at the moment.
