I stumbled on this during a google search for "T-44":

The gun reminds me of the high-performance 57mm gun of the time and the coax machine guns appear to be two, and different calibres (maybe 7.62x54mmR and 12.7mmx99).
Commander's cupola is armed as well (probably submachineguns).
