I am looking for an ARC technical report on seaplane stubs (a.k.a. sponsons), but my usual go-to place for all British reports, AERADE, doesn't have it. Do you know of other online resources where it might be found? I'm starting to think i should go to my local library and request it from someplace that has a physical copy.
