Air launched Rafael Tamir “Iron Dome” derivative?

More than a decade ago, Rafael was marketing an air-to-ground derivative of the Tamir missile. As I recollect, the control fins were clipped and the guidance was IR or perhaps SAL? The name of the proposal was “Iron …..?”
