Reliability of Russian Survival Radios
Apparently, Russian AF and helicopter crew members prefer the Japanese Yaesu VHF AM handie-talkies over the R-855 ELT's. Does it mean that the R-855s are unreliable? Photo below found somewhere on the web.- yahya
