The Russians appearently don't much care for using aligned serrations on the edge of plates and panels to reduce X-band signature from most directions.   Wonder what effect that has on its signature.

wonder if you still can't understand that this is prototype
check YF-23A PAVs underbelly

hmmm... based on the discussion in paralay

the choice of using ejector nozzles seem to reflect a sustained cruise of M>1.5 requirement but the gain from such a design is best at M>2 though it suffers from subsonic performance

Looks like T-50-2 is going to test the OLS optical systems.

Cropped photos to just the T-50-2 for ease of viewing.

Comparison to T-50-1 - a few differences in panels and probes, plus the canopy and OLS, overall the rest looks identical.

Here's a nice picture (from Paralay's board) with the "news" marked.

T-50-2 flew again today...

Nice to notice that they are so quick with additional testing ... another proof in the confidence to that design.

Besides that - since I lost a bit the current overview - is there a source/link where the current status of the flight testing is summarized (how many flights, flying hours, reached test objectives and so on) ??

Thanks in advance,
Deino

no, I think that preparing something like quarterly "JSF facts" is out of business for Sukhoi PR Dept.

 :-[ Hmm ... sad, but understandable !
However is the an unofficial overview of how many flights, flying hours and so on made by some "Spotters" or "Enthusiasts" ? ???
