Sounds like a very nice idea but....

If the NEAM can't cover or look after the Vulcan that well then how, why and where would they deal with the Trident?

the problem with neam is the old "not in my back yard" problem , they have twice tried to get planing permision for a new super hanger, to house the colection under one roof similer to the new super hanger at duxford but have been turned down bby the plannig athorities because of the access to the site which is across land owned by Nassan who will not alow improvments to be made .
