Can anyone explain to me for this pic .I don't know that this pic was fake or it was an another variant of fw 300 equipped with jet engines. ???

Focke Wulf Fw 260 mid-range aircraft, design was begun in 1960.


From Flight International:

The Focke Wulf Fw 260 is intended to carry a useful load of 24,0001b and to cruise at 568 m.p.h. (M0.85) at 36,000ft. Cabin layout is for 85 tourist passengers, and economic stage lengths are between 310 and 1,250 statute miles, though this could be extended to 2,000 miles with reduced payload. Passenger access is by integral stairway under the tail. Empty and equipped weights are respectively 49.0001b and 53,6001b. Gross weight is 99,0001b. Span and length are respectively 80ft 6in and 11 lft.
