viewing book " Gli idrovolanti della seconda guerra mondiale " of Augusto Nani, Albertelli Editore ( that manage Tuttostoria ), i have seen that original project was a great flyinboat enginered by 4 Diesel Junkers 223 with 2500 hp (for engine), so in projected versions of production  the airplanes coud be enginered by 4 BMW 801 !

Few more drawings and photos.  Including BV 250 Land Version of the BV 238.  Photo shows full scale model of the outrigger landing gear.

Hi Gary,

Any chance of scanning these drawings to a larger size..??

Be nice if they were around three times the size so that the details are clearer.

Just a thought.

Grateful to see them anyway.

I have these scans at about 10 times larger files sizes.  Way to big for this site.

I can burn you a disk if you give me your address.

Here is the last drawing.  Though poor quality, it does show the land version BV 250 and how cargo was to be loaded.  Note how the front landing gear is dropped to lower the nose.

Interestingly the Drawing is labeled P.161.01 not BV 250.  Was this a different project from the BV 250?
