Mitsubishi J4M1 derivatives /Japanese text

I knew the classical J4M1 Senden (picture at http://www.secretprojects.co.uk/forum/index.php/topic,1174.0 ) twin-boom double-propeller project, + a single propeller version (J4M2) + a similar former project (M-70).
My friend Max (usual visitor here) sent me a nice photocopy (page 38 of something) bringing much more (see below, with a jet J4M3?). I drew them for my Forked Ghosts update site ( http://cmeunier.chez-alice.fr/update_FG.htm ), but does someone know how to read Japanese text? What is written?

Here's what it says (I don't read Japanese so I checked with a pal in Japan, he's more into car modelling).

Development of the 17-Shi Ground Attack Fighter Shinden

March 1943 - Intial Wooden Mock-Up Prototype

August 1944 - Finalised design with revisions to horizontal stabilizer arising from prop wash

Conceptual drawing of jet version with thrust of 1,500kg (looks almost like a de Havilland DH.100 Vampire).

By the way, this appears to be from one of those books by Gakken, am I right?
