WOW!!!

Any info on that sabre bat lookalike FSW model?

Rafa

Very nice. FSW model is part of Saberbat test program; next image is Fairchild Republic's F-15 proposal. Next is NGCAS ground attack plane from late 1970s, then the joint venture AVS.

Hi Mark Nankivil.

If is and if it is possible show us pictures full-scale (engineering) mockups of following planes:

XP-47B
XF-12
XP-84

F-105

If is and if it is possible show us pictures of following proposals:

Model AP-42 ( big jet Bomber)
Model NP-50 ( competition of XA3D-1)

Hi Nugo -

I posted all that I received but at least we now know there may be other treasures in the Cradle of Aviation archives. Anyone in the New York area able to make a visit?

Thanks Overscan for the tie ins to the respective programs.

Enjoy the Day! Mark

There's a marked difference between the two 'Rainbow' illustrations.
Was the plane in the first illustration a development or a new design ?

I'd chalk it up to artistic license :)

Enjoy the Day! Mark

Hi,

the Republic Beebee was a two seat trainer aircraft project, powered by 100 hp
engine,it used the same wing and empennage as the Seabee but a different
fuselage.
