Looks very similar to the PD.56 .

The model shown in FLIGHT here from another angle of view. It was published in aero 7/1961, but also without any type designation ... :(

Very nice projects my dears Jemiba and Boxkite.
 
PD.56 is an excellent find Jemiba.
So we see some Starfighter influence
in the forward fuselage and the air intakes..?
 
The design shown us by Hesham and Boxkite is the
Short P.D.49 design of 1960.
The P.D.56 shown by Jemiba was offered by Short to Nato NBMR 3 of 1961-62.
Short worked at that time together with Lockheed on a VTOL variant of the Starfighter.

If I did not know any better, I would have put it down as a Saab project looking at its J35 Draken wing profile!
