In the new British Secret Projects book on Fighters
the BAC P 46 interceptor is mentioned as one of a number
of projects covered by the Jones Committee in 1964.
I know P46 is covered by Chris Gibson in his Air Defence book, but doesvanyone have
more info?

The 'Jones' designs done by Warton were very simple studies to illustrate certain technical issues, rather than 'real' projects intended to lead to a plane being built.

Some 4 years ago Chris Gibson revealed the history of the Jones Committee and provided a drawing of the
BAC P46 fighter.
Nothing more has appeared on this programme in pictures or model form. I wonder if anyone has found anything.
