Not all,but you must notice that,it was from 1995,no more facts appeared by that time.
 
To summarise the book and save everyone their money the answer is "fiction".

I once read "Vengeance" and I remember being somewhat puzzled by some of the author's assertions!

There's been, in fact, (even) more evidence based on sample studies that they were nowhere near anything viable.
 
Again with the speculation. The reactor vessel found at Haigerloch is not the whole story.
