Thank-you for this. The mention of Imperial studying graphics in preliminary design is interesting, since that subject has been a UCL thing since the early '80s.

RP1 - astonished to hear of Imperial involvement. As a rule change now means I am an alumnus of there and UCL I am now neutral in the eternal struggle!
