CIA recently declassified and published a large amount of translated manuals and other documents (most of them official and translated 1:1) regarding several types of MiG and Tupolev.

The most interesting and notable ones (in my opinion) concern MiG-21F-13, MiG-21FL, MiG-19S, Tu-16 etc.
Unfortunately (or fortunately :D) there's quite a lot of them and they're large so i can't upload them here, but you can easily find them here: https://www.cia.gov/library/readingroom/home

Just to be clear: most, if not all, of these were declassified many years ago. It's just that they were only available at the National Archives location in College Park, Maryland.

Thanks for noting that, although majority (if not all) of translated manuals were actually declassified only a few years ago.
