Hi,

here is a USA airplane Project with central propeller,to solve the problem
of the un-clear vision for the pilot,they didn't mentioned the name of the
designer ?.

This is a notional design. The article doesn't specifically state that the concept came from the US. It just says that the design issue of visibility " is already solved with excellent results in Italy and the United States."
 
Dozens of engineers have speculated bout central propellers.These days you can count the number of successful central propellers on one finger .... and that is on a low-speed, European-built auto-gyro.
