Something of note: this film is related to "2001" A Space Odyssey."
The film was created by "Graphic Films" in 1965. At that time, Graphic Films was cranking out some very early concept art for "2001." What's interesting is that the swing-wing spaceplane shown in the training film is *very* similar to a swing-wing spaceplane drawn up for "2001," basically an early stab at the Orion spaceplane. Once work really got going on the movie, Harry Lange designed an entirely different Orion, but the Graphic Films version was first.
