Sad that Skyblazer abandoned his fantasy aircraft because too many believed them to be real concepts.
I could see this actually having been developed as the follow-on to the F-82.
The F-82 being something of a "stop-gap" kludge, this "A-51" would be the refinement of the concept.
It also looks pretty straightforward to scratchbuild as a model.
