The Imperial Japanese Navy imported and operated Rohrbach R1 flying boat.

Hi! I think that,

Yokosho(横廠)/Rohrbach R1 had a round nose.
Mitsubishi(三菱)/Rohrbach R2 had a pointed nose with square top shape vertical stabilizer.
Hirosho/Rohrbach R3 had a pointed nose with rounded top shape vertical stabilizer.
