Are these 2 "Loral Spectre" the same as posted here: http://www.secretprojects.co.uk/forum/index.php/topic,1099.msg244958.html#msg244958

I thought always these were just plain wrong attempts at models of the F-117.
So what are these "planes" ? Movie props ending at at AMARC, a joke, attempt to mislead the Soviets,...?
