That is very cool, but I am a bit baffled at the forward engines :*

For take-off and landing, I believe they rotate up near the pylon root around thirty to forty degrees. Normally, the location they are in in the rendering is to reduce the bending moment on the wing. I don't recall if the rotation of the pylon also provided a thrust vector for landing and take off as well, though I would assume it did so intentionally. Otherwise, why really place it in that location as you noted.

I'm having way less time than in the previous months, and, unfortunately, way less inspiration; still, here is a couple of new models.

Very nice !
And other designs that I didn't know. Funny how the Aermacchi have a very "Hawkerish" look.

I always enjoy the obscure aircraft that you choose. No need to apologize to the insatiable audience.

Thanks everyone!

If starting back with university and getting an inguinal hernia at the same time is good news, then, i'm having a blast ;D

Another rather obscure aircraft, for which i could find only a side view (so i apologize if there is any mistake in its depiction): the CAC XP-68.

Regards.

Sorry to hear. Hope you get well soon. The return to University is good news though. I do like your continued choices of really obscure.

That's bad.

Anti-flash white, SAC band?

@Arjen

Thanks! Your post triggered a memory of a Simpson's episode in my head. Not sure if it's a good thing. Or bad. ;D

I would have named it the "Gromit".

I thought it kinda looks like a double decker bus with that cockpit up there and those frames...

Very nice renderings - thanks! Mark

Thank you!

Keeping up with the British style, here's one of the most conventional-looking proposals for the F.155T: the De Havilland D.H.117.

Regards and happy new year to everyone ;)
