I found this to be interesting and I'm surprised that it was the only jet produced by Chevrolet. Does anyone have additional info on this program?

Chevrolet J35
This was the production version of the General Electric Aircraft Engines XJ35-GE-1 (Model 7E-TG-180-A1) that was built by the Chevrolet Division of the General Motors Corporation to GEAE production drawings. It is 168 inches long with a 40-inch diameter; its dry weight is 2,400 pounds.
Designated J35-C-3 (Model 7E-TG-180-A5), this axial-flow non-afterburning 11-stage turbojet engine produced 3,750 lbf (maximum). It was utilized by the Douglas XB-43, Convair XB-46, three versions of the P-84 Thunderjet – the XP-84, XP-84A, and YP-84A, and the North American XP-86 Sabre.
