These pics were posted to the "Greatest Planes That Never Were" page on FB, by one Rob Vancel. He says "Anyone know the history of this one? I know it was used in Oak Ridge, possibly in the 50s or 60s. It's currently in private owner hands."

I'm kinda curious myself.

All I can offer is that it would appear [to me] to have the 'house style' of Convair.

and it appearance is familiar.
 
The earliest iteration of WS-125 asked for a subsonic cruise-supersonic dash capability, not unlike the first iteration of the WS-110 requirement. This design "looks like" it would have that capability. Later WS-125A iterations were subsonic, eventually converging on the CAMAL requirement.
