Maybe the decision to rebuild the crashed Bolingbroke G-BPIV as a short nosed Blenheim
Mk.I was somewhat influenced by the two landing crashes that happened to long nosed
versions ? It was in the German "Klassiker der Luftfahrt" magazine, I think, where it was mentioned
that the Mk.IV had a more difficult handling and much worse view from the cockpit.
