I like the idea of autonomously controlled cars ! Driving around a race track, even at high speeds
is just a beginning, of course, the real challenge, I think, is to make such a system suitable for
use in every days street traffic, although such problems already seem to be adressed, too, looking
at the driverless car reversing into a parking lot. But the main problem, without doubt, still would be
public acceptance, especially by those people, who really like dashing through the inner cities,
ignoring rules and other road users and having responsibility for the majority of accidents ! ::)
