Sikorsky Hypothetical Helicopter of 1943

Well, not that hypothetical as some of the other projects that you present to us, Hesham.
To me this seems a derivative of the Sikorsky VS-316, also known as S-47 and the USAAF's R-4. How far it went - no idea.
And I do recall seeing a picture of a Sikorsky helicopter pilot shaking hands (or something like that) with a person on the ground.

I believe the picture you are referring to is one of a standard R-4 type (see attachment). The helicopter in the images shared by hesham was indeed hypothetical, though an obvious S-47 / R-4 derivative.
