When I looked at this I thought it rang a bell, although I thought the one I had seen had been in an Aeroflot scheme, so I took a look at a Russian site report regarding the 1998 Berlin Air Show, which I had attended. There was a short mention as follows, "A very interesting concept came from INALET & Co. from Moscow. The company exhibited two models of its 'In' passenger aircraft. The smaller one, the In-8 can carry eight occupants and is already under development. More advanced projects are the In-32 and In-60, capable of carrying 32 and up to 68 persons.
