Official Kill Rate for the F-86 Sabre in the Korean War

Gentleman:
What is the Official Kill Rate for the F-86 Sabre in the Korean War?
I've seen 8.3:1, 10:1 and even 14:1. But I cannot seem to find an Official document that tells exactly what its kill ratio actually was.
Is there anybody out there that knows for sure?

Hasn't the official kills been now somewhat questioned since the end of the Cold War has revealed what the real Communist loses were?
