Hi,

during early 1990s,I purchased many books about Aviation, and a library told me that, there
was a book called; Jane's Encyclopedia of Bombers (Jane's USA),I didn't care by that time,
but now I ask about,if anyone heard about it before, and did it contain a Projects ?.

I dont think there was ever one by that name in the 90's

Jane's published an encyclopedia of aviation in early 90's which aggregated individual volumes A-Z that they had published which is the closest

The other notable book is the Salamander Classic of early 90's approx 600 + Pp by William Green and Swanborough which listed details of every fighter plane ever flown around the world - Complete Book of Fighters

Salamander published a Great Book of Bombers 500 Pp edited by Jon Lake in early 2000 but it was neither definitive nor comprehensive in any way

Hi Krishna,

believe me,I saw two volumes, the first Jane's Encyclopedia of Fighters, and the second
is Jane's Encyclopedia of Bombers, and I had the book, Jane's Encyclopedia of Aviation
edition 1993,and may be those books published before it.

Could there be any confusion with the:

Putnam World Aeronautical Library- Bodley Head Publ.

which had volumes about
Fighters,Bombers , Strike aircraft etc..

No my dear Lark,

I am sure,Jane's encyclopedia pf bombers,of course Jane's of USA.
