Su-24 - Unknown Device

Could you tell me what the name of this device is? And what it does? The photo was taken in an Algerian Su-24MK2 but can also be found in other Su-24's.

The device is often blurred and I was curious why.
 
Thats "BARO" I think and might be e.g. a switch between barometric/radio altimeter. Maybe a device for setting nuclear bomb detonation height? Its directly over the radar display so likely WSO related. Purely a guess though.

Since this device is also found in the export variants of the Su-24, I don't think it has anything to do with nuclear weapons.
 
So y'all think that is an A canted to the right and not the Cyrillc symbol pronounced as D?
