Hi,


from the site; Hydroretro,here is the Adolphe Clement-Bayard aircraft and projects,
he designed seven main aircraft,the N.7 was twin engined bomber project,intended
to compete in 1915/1916 competition.

Hi,

Clement-Bayard was also designed a glider in 1908,but remained a Project only.

Yes Hesham,

It was a lenticular (saucer) glider inspired by Louis Capazza, the first aeronaut to cross the mediteranean sea, and land in Corsica.
Way back in 1908, the information available was published in a issue of l'Aerophile (picture attached, even if this is watermarked); it inferred the lenticular gliding airship was being built. I can even remember (for sure) seeing a picture of a small scale model of this flying machine actually built (maybe not entirely completed). But that was a long time ago.
The .pdf linked in the kick off message shows Capazza in 1908 with Clement Bayard. Looping the loop.

Hi,

I heard that,the designer associated with Astra firm,was that right ?.
