In answer to Hesham's 2007 (!) request at http://www.secretprojects.co.uk/forum/index.php/topic,11554.msg22316.html#msg22316 , here is some information on the M-150 from a 1994 press release.

The Myasishchev M-150 was designed as a twin-engine convertible commuter aircraft. It was developed to be used as an executive, military transport, ambulance, polar, patrol, reconnaissance or search and rescue aircraft (rescue drops were possible from the M-150).

The aircraft was designed to be easily converted from passenger to cargo and vice versa.

It had a high power-to-weight ratio and could operate from mountainous (up to 2,100 m) altitude from unpaved airstrips in hot and high scenarios. The aircraft was designed for good maneuvering to allow operation where the airfield approach was difficult.

similar to M-112.

No, somewhat bigger. Look at the length of the wings and the number of windows on the side of both projects and you'll see that the M-112 was like a small brother to the M-150.
