Damn!  That Su I 2M-107 is a fine looking bird!  That'd make a great kit!  And excellent work on the illustrations!

The drawing for this one, SINGLE-SEAT FIGHTER POWERED BY TWO M-107 ENGINES, looks to be dated 1944. Is it a continuation of a 1940 design? IMHO, it looks more like a late WWII design than an early WWII design.

Hi!

"In late November 1942 the design year were single twin-engine fighter very original schema. Two air-cooled engine m-92 (design takeoff power 2200 HP) were located in the fuselage and through the ad hoc transfer of result in rotating screws located on the wing. By the end of 1942, all work on the project ceased."

You can see engine cooling air intake located at the wing leading edge and engine cooling air outlet located at the fuselage.
Also you can see single seat cockpit, extended propeller drive shaft and twin vertical tail stabilizer.
I can't find front view and side view of this design.

"Turbochargers were located inside the fuselage, on both sides of the engine. Exhaust gases from m-120 donors to TC, and the ones used in feed for vodoradiatorom. Provided for the extraction of gases in the vodoradiatora Canal, bypassing the TC. In addition, the exhaust pipes were shrouds, which blow in through vents in the frontal part of the wing with air purge outlet channel for vodoradiatorom. The flow of exhaust gases and blow air into the channel for water radiator or improve gas-air mixture and help create an additional reactive thrust."(Ejector?)

This radiator arragement looks like Bv p.208.03.

Pehaps. But it is also identical to the arrangement on the Sukhoi Su-1, which looks like this aircraft in many respects. The radiator arrangement is also conceptually similar to the arrangement used on the Il-2, although in the latter case air is taken in on top of the fuselage.
