It seems to be a Burnelli concept with over the wing/fuselage blowing engines
to produce a STOL effect.
Maybe a variant of the two engined Burnelli GB-108..

Looks similar to a Boenig concept, we already saw here some months ago,
but sorry, couldn't find again:

Tailplane is not Boeing model 754.

I've no other sources about this Boeing design, but it clearly is asymmetric, as
the third engine is on hte right hand side of the flight deck.
