From the background of some pics in Jay Miller's F-22 Aerofax. Possibly, Northrop concepts?

The top pic looks like a Northrop design, but the lower pic I think is General-Dynamics concepts, as it looks like a model of the F-111 behind the NATF (F-22 based) model in the foreground and it looks like the GD-FX proposal to the left of the F-111 IMHO.
 
Sorry, you are correct, in fact both pics were labelled "GD" by forum member elider who sent them to me.
 
Wow, the top one is GD too! Those inlets look just like the ones on alot of those late 70's early 80's Northrop concepts. It reminds me of something from the VATOL program.
 
I think they are both from the backgrounds of the same NATF model shots, but it REALLY looks like a Northrop design to me too.

The event was an employee open house at Lockheed Martin. I was invited by the p.r. folks because we're simply old friends and they knew there would be some items on public display that I would find of interest (such as the models). Photographed them all, though it would not be easy for me to lay my hands on the negatives if someone asked me to do so.

I'm not absolutely certain that I remember what the model in the top image was about, but what comes to mind is a long-range, high-speed, low-altitude weapons delivery platform (something along the lines of an attack-class aircraft) optimized, to some extent, for low observables. Artist renderings of this airplane appeared in several different publications during the 1970s. The aircraft in the other image were primarily long-range, high-speed interceptor studies. Not visible in the grouping in your photo is one design calling for a Mach 3-plus recce platform to replace the SR-71.

Sorry I can't be more definitive.

This one looks like US and Germany collaboratively unbuilt project before PANNAP.
 
I am not sure whether these drawings belong to real projects or fantastic illustrations.
Could you help me classify them , please?

Sources are unknown
I have recently acquired several files of aeronautical stuff including many photocopies and pictures unknown to me.
I am trying to classify the information with the valuable help of the forum so that it is correctly integrated in my files.
 
I'm creating this topic because I have a number of pictures saved from this forum or elsewhere that I fail to properly identify. I searched for "unidentified" beforehand in the hope that one existing topic would do the trick, but apparently several separate topics were created before by various members, so here's my own such thread. If anyone wants to get their own images identified without starting yet another topic, feel free to post in mine!

So here is the first batch (more will follow eventually). Thanks to anyone who can help!

Best guess for the 1st one would be a Convair hydro-ski project....artists impression of the Convair Skate perhaps.

The nr.1 drawing is based on the 1962 M.Evans design-Popular Mecanix.

Thanks folks! This is a good start. I'll be posting more stuff here from time to time...
 
It would be wise to make the forum search before posting anything here. It can be applied also to images. So I want to ask all members - please do some smart search before posting and only if you don't be able to find the result, than proceed here.
 
A new set of US unknowns. Hopefully they can get identified so this topic doesn't swell to undesirable proportions (I'll be creating a post for each to make later splitting and/or removal easier). There is some Werner Von Braun and some Avro Arrow in this one, isn't there?
