Loral "Specter" Aircraft spotted at AMARC

At least two of Loral Corporation's highly secretive "Specter" jet aircraft are apparently being reclaimed at Davis-Monthan AFB, near Tucson, AZ. See attached photo. It is believed that up to nine of these low-observable aircraft were test flown from Tonopah from the mid-1980s and kept in flyable storage for over 10 years.
