Fletch-Aire was the brainchild of Charles J. Fletcher and Raymond A. Fletcher, who also produced these interesting patents:
And also photos of the 1960 Curtiss-Wright-powered Fletch-Aire Glide-Mobile vehicle from eBay (see attachments below)

Finally, Charles J. Fletcher's obituary, which gives some interesting biographic details:

One last addition: the company became Aerosystems Technology Corporation in 1962, located in Sparta, New Jersey.
