I'd bet good money that "unknown 2" is one of the Northrop ATA concepts. Looks just like a hand-drawn sketch I've got (made long after the fact by someone who worked on it).
 
I've sent an email to the creator of the presentation, asking about the aircraft. I don't expect a reply (*very* rarely do such inquiries get anywhere), but you never know.

It looks to me very much like a scaled up F-117 - like ATA-B (the supposed SENIOR PEG that's been floating around) without the tail boom. I'm not sure having weapons bays that far apart would make sense, but it may make a lot of sense for a recce platform. There appear to be similarities to both the F-117 and AARS.
