Good to have the full text though. It mentions twin 25 hp Sarolea 25 engines buried in the wings for the Tipsy II tandem 2-seater. The text says speeds 'over 200' were anticipated in a prototype which was to fly soon. Obviously, that never happened. Also planned was a 4-seat variant powered by 2 x 55 hp Walter Mikron inverted 4-cylinder engines.

No mention, however, of the name Tipsy Tudor or of all-metal planned construction as given in the link in post #1.
