Hi,

I think this Mitsubishi Army Type 0 was a fake aircraft, and
nothing about it on Internet.

That looks to be a version of the wartime Dutch Fokker D.XXIII fighter.
The prototype as flown used Walter Sagitta air-cooled In-line engines, although the plan was to offer customers various more powerful engine types,
including Rolls-Royce Kestrel XV, Rolls-Royce Merlin II, Hispano-Suiza 12Xcr, Junkers Jumo 210G, Isotta-Frascini Delta RC 35 ID and Gnome-Rhone 14M4 radials.

For more information see 'Dutch Digression', Air Enthusiast International, February 1974, pp.69-74.

cheers,
Robin.
