Orbspace (http://www.orbspace.com/) is an Austrian company developing the Infinity suborbital RLV for manned and unmanned flights. Some details on Infinity:

About

Infinity is the name for a project to develop a sub-orbital reusable rocket vehicle which is capable to fly to an altitude of 200 km and return safely to Earth.

Rocket Vehicle

Infinity takes off and lands vertically and will be able to fly about once per day. It has a length of about 9 m and a diameter of about 2.5 m, this is about the size of a tank road-truck. The take-off mass is 13 tons.

The propulsion system of Infinity is a cluster of liquid rocket engines which use liquid methane and liquid oxygen as propellants.

Market - Manned and Unmanned

Vehicle can carry either an unmanned payload module or a manned capsule with three passengers to an altitude of 200 km. That results in a duration of micro-gravity of more than 5 minutes.

There is also a three stage launch variant for nano-sats:

Orbspace proposes a three stage launch vehicle based on Infinityand named Infinity nano. The capsule of Infinity is replaced by two expendable upper stages.

A payload capacity of 30 kg to a 800 km polar orbit is obtained.

The booster stage of Infinity remains entirely reusable and is completely identical with the suborbital manned vehicle - a key factor to obtain low cost.

...I could just see (cr)Apple suing these guys over the use of the name "Nano". Especially making the claim that Orbspace's usage would "seriously dilute their copyright" :p :p
