MiG SPS-40 Supersonic Airliner of 1960s

From what I can see of the design, it might have ended up being a bit short-ranged (three thirsty engines, limited space for tankage). It does appear to have taken passenger and crew safety more into account than a lot of other Soviet passenger designs of the era, though. Might have been worth pursuing further, although any eventual production model would have been likely somewhat larger.

who has a more Info about them ?.

It's the ГосНИИ (GosNII) or State Research Institute of Aviation.

Frankly I don't know,the title of text is containing SPS,also I don't know if PSM project related
to MiG or not ?.

PSM = Postanovleniye Soveta Ministrov, Council of Ministers decree, so this column is preliminary performance numbers from their projected RFP.
